Do you accept insurance?

We do! We are in network with Aetna, Pacific Source, Regence BlueCross BlueShield, and Providence.

Do you have a sliding scale?

Yes! For those who will not be using insurance to pay for sessions, we have a sliding fee scale that begins at $170 per 50-60 minute session. If this $170 is still not sustainable for you, please reach out to us to see if a lower rate can be negotiated.

How much does it cost to see you?

The charge for a 50-60 minute session (considered a standard clinical hour) is $200. If you choose to opt out of using your insurance for session, we have a sliding scale fee option for you that begins at $170 per standard clinical hour.

Do you offer telehealth?

Generally, my preference is meeting with you in person. If that is not available, I can work with you virtually but have limited virtual-only openings. Fill out the connect form and let's see what we can work out.

What does it look like to get started?

Great question! To get started, please visit our contact page and fill out a contact form. Kierra will then connect with you within 24 business hours to briefly chat with you about what brings you into therapy and to answer any questions you have. These conversations are usually about 5-15 minutes. Pending you feel comfortable moving forward, Kierra will then discuss with you times she has available during the week to meet to see if they align with your schedule, and if they do, you will be set up for an intake appointment (your first appointment).

You will then be sent a number of documents you will need to have filled out and sent back before your intake. These documents include consent forms, demographic information collection, and an in depth questionnaire about your mental health history. Once you have all of these forms filled out and returned, your intake appointment will be considered "confirmed", and the two of you will meet. During the intake, you and Kierra will work together to assess your needs and identify if it makes sense to meet once per week or every other week. Then you will be given a consistent time slot according to your and Kierra's mutual availabilities.

Do you have weekend/week night availability?

We do have limited weeknight availability, the latest of which is a 5-6p appointment. Weekends are not available.
